Teasdale guarantees:

To establish the fair rental value of your property comparing with similar properties currently let
To have all prospective tenants complete a comprehensive application form and checkable references
To thoroughly check the reference of all prospective tenants
To ensure that the tenancy agreement is completed in detail and signed, for the protection of all parties
To prepare a written inspection record of your property at the commencement and completion of the tenancy
To ensure the correct rental bond is lodged with the RTA
To endeavour to ensure that rents are paid promptly in accordance with the tenancy agreement
To carry out regular inspections of your property and provide you with correspondence from those inspections
To account to you monthly for rent monies collected and disbursed
To arrange repairs and maintenance according to your instructions
To ensure that repairs and maintenance are carried out in a professional manner
To pay accounts on your behalf as instructed
To inspect the property at the completion of the tenancy and refund the bond when applicable.

Should we fail to perform in any of the above areas we invite you to register your complaint in writing. If the complaint is not acted upon and rectified within 48 hours after receipt of your letter you have the option of providing the appropriate notice under the terms of your agreement.
